This policy explains what information Men In Paint collects when you call us, visit this website or have us work at your property, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to our painting services in Naperville, IL and the surrounding area.

Information you give us

When you call, we note what you tell us so we can help: your name, phone number, the address of the job, the work you want done and your timing. During a walk-through we may take measurements, notes and photos of the areas to be painted.

If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call. We do not ask for payment card details over this website.

Information collected by the website

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers. Maps load only when you choose "Load the map", at which point Google Maps receives the request. Google's own privacy policy applies to those services.

How we use information

We use what you give us to answer your questions, schedule walk-throughs, prepare estimates, carry out and follow up on the work, and keep records of jobs we have done. We do not sell personal information.

When information is shared

We share information only as needed to do the work: with the painters on your job, with suppliers when an order is tied to your job, or when the law requires it.

If our schedule is full or we cannot reach you in time, we may forward your call to another trusted local painting company so you still get help. In that case the other company receives the details needed to respond, and its own policies apply from then on.

How long we keep it

Job records, estimates and notes are kept as long as needed for scheduling, warranty questions and our business records, then deleted or securely discarded.

Your choices
